Whether you need help with your visa, or green card, we are here for you. We provide services in B1/B2 visa, H-1B visa, L-1 visa, EB-5 investor visa, family based petitions, employment based petitions, appeals and motion to reopen.
B1/B2 visa: B1/B2 visa is for temporary visitors to come for a short time visit either for business purpose (B1), for example, to negotiate contracts, to sign contracts, and to discuss business opportunities or for purpose of visiting family members, friends or just for pleasure or traveling (B2). H-1B visa: H-1B visa is a petition for work visa by a U.S. based employer for an employee who has a bachelor degree or higher to work in the U.S. temporarily, usually 6 years unless the employer sponsors green card application. The petitioning employer has to prove that the job offered is a specialty occupation and it meets the prevailing wage. L-1 visa: L-1 visa is for an overseas company which has a related subsidiary or parent company in the U.S. to internally transfer managers or executives from overseas to the U.S. There are certain requirements the petitioning company has to meet and to prove it is necessary to do it. Once L-1 visa is approved, the employee can adjust status to green card in the future.
EB-5 visas: EB-5 visa program was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy and to generate U.S. jobs. This category allows foreign nationals to receive "conditional" green card for a two-year period upon the investment of one million dollars (or $500,000 in areas of designated as high unemployment) in a U.S. business that creates at least 10 full-time permanent jobs per investor. Provided the investor sustains the entire amount of their investment for the required two years and actually creates the prescribed number of jobs, the condition is removed from their green card and they are accorded permanent green cards. Although the EB-5 visa program has been around for about two decades, it is only getting very popular since the depression of the economy. As of July 22, 2011 approximately 164 Projects have been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
