Fuhao Yang (New York Bar):

Fuhao Yang (New York Bar): Ms. Yang is the founder and the only owner of this law firm. She has a law bachelor degree in China and two master degrees in law from University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law and Columbia Law School respectively. She had four (4) years of work experience at Commercial Division of Henan High People’s Court and is very familiar with the law profession and practice in China. Ms. Yang’s outstanding academic performance, multi-jurisdictional background and sincere commitment to provide first class legal service has been bringing this law firm among the best for what they do.

David H. Barton (New York and Connecticut Bar):

Mr. Barton graduated with honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center.  Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Barton earned both a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Hydrogeology and Water Resources followed by a distinguished career as a Hydrogeologist and Hydrogeological Modeler. Mr. Barton practices in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, income taxation, elder law, probate and administration of estates, estate litigation, charitable entities and giving, asset protection, business and succession planning for closely held businesses, and guardianship.  Mr. Barton has represented clients ranging from small closely-held and family businesses to high net worth individuals with assets approaching a quarter of a billion dollars. Mr. Barton has lectured extensively on trusts and estates issues and is frequently called upon by financial planners, advisors and banking executives to consult on complex estate and tax issues.

Matthew J. Klieger (New York Bar):

Mr. Klieger graduated with high honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center. Mr. Klieger practices in estate planning, elder law, probate and administration of estates, charitable entities and giving, asset protection, business and succession planning for closely held businesses, and guardianship.  Mr. Klieger used to work for a prestigious New York law firm practicing in the area of acomplex commercial litigation where he represented clients ranging from national celebrities and corporate executives to Fortune 500 companies.
